It could be something in the rain, or the soil, or something washed down from the concrete maybe. Whatever caused the bubbles, though, also caused the wonderful heart - just for YOU!!!

I've noticed this foam heart down there out of my window. The gutter water made this unusual heart. Was there something in the soil or the rain water?
